Tuesday, August 24, 2010 ( just needed to destress at this hour of the morning @ 12:00 AM ) sometimes i wonder if it is just me, as a really student with no sense of urgency till the very last minute, or is it generally the same for most students? it is 416am and despite me not completing my report due today, im amazed how i can get distracted to blog. and FYI, i slept at 11pm, woke up at 130am and have since lost track of the thousands of words i have typed the past hours. trust me when i say i feel the STRESS level. maximum alrite!? with one due later and another two due on coming monday. and left with very little time. like i said, it really is a battle week for me! holy! it is really God bless me! HAHA. but thankfully iris sis brightened up my stressful first night with this!! hellokitty yoyo lollipop! hehs.  oh we had a short drinking session for her belated birthday. see her with her FAVOURITE tweety! and it is a darn 1kg cake for four of us and we probably ate less than 250g of it? HAHA!    okays tata! back to report! tough times dont last, tough people do! :) thankfully at this hour, there is bern to crack me up while he is making his way to the airport for his flight out to hongkong! he'd actually thought i woke up just to greet him good morning and chased me to sleep! HAHA silly. boy, suddenly i miss you already. SAFE JOURNEY! 0 comments Thursday, August 19, 2010 ( i have been a good girl @ 12:40 AM ) for the past three days. monday, tuesday & wednesday i buried myself in work, trying to get my AJ26 permit and marine insurance settled, customer's premise for crating witnessing and yadah yadah... oh! the outsourced packer guy is pretty handsome sia!! HAHA! trust me, i havent' been that busy over operations for the longest time till last week?! so much so i havent' been doing aplenty of sales call! but really, THANK GOD PRAISE LORD for the steady volume of booking! today, i FINALLY get to find time to go home early, after all the morning madness in office and warehouse. yes, to take my power nap after being awake since 345am! oh i love my job! hehs. i have been sleeping early and waking up at wee hours to do my school assignments the past alternate two days! and for once, i actually finished my assignment one day before its due date! HAHA! i have been a good girl, havent' i? :) tomorrow, party night for selina's birthday celebration! whoooowheee! we love fridays!!! :) saturday will be assignment time with my woman; sunday will be roadshow in the morning then birthday lunch for our chippychua! p/s: i will be seriously busy the next week till 30th Aug when i submit ALL my remaining reports! 0 comments Sunday, August 15, 2010 ( i thought.... @ 12:23 AM ) i had promised myself to finish sketching up the draft of Corporate Comm. report over this weekend! but as always, those who know me well- no stress, no delivery. that's jo. ling for you. HAHA. and for the record, this assignment is due 24th Aug! be even glad that i did plan to sketch out okays!!! hehs. (oh yeah, self-consolation, like as always eh? :) saturday brunch with best @ jolly frog was good catch-up! new place for best&i to check out with all thanks to sweet & good fren when i caught up with them two weeks back. HAHA!
and that leaves me with comm. management assignment 1 & 2 which i shall do this weekend. 0 comments Wednesday, August 11, 2010 ( love is @ 12:47 AM ) coming to home & its assured comfort. either im feeling so sick or it's really just that i miss coming home early. this evening i came home four off to find myself easing into my bed for a good nap and feeling really shiok about it. errmmmm, or maybe it really is the accumulative lack of sleep over the month. all i had over this 2 days were just porridges and more porridges. no appetite for other solid food. yes, that shows how sick i am feeling. HAHA. it is eightish now and i am going to bed soon again. yeap, i am really still not fully recovered. good night world. 0 comments Monday, August 09, 2010 ( over the long weekend @ 12:19 AM ) in all due respect of our country, of cos we do a shoutout "HAPPY BIRTHDAY OUR DEAREST HOME!!!" the long weekend has been so filled with meetups&gatherings&ashorttrip that i think i have almost exhausted my energy! hehs. friday night we had a good boiler farewell party for kinyi. crazy it was the amount of alcohol consumed over the short span of hours. two half bottles of liquor of which, gladly i didnt consume even one-quarter of it! too sloshed from the beers beforehand. hehs. saturday morning and the shopping for my new running shoes with brotherinlaw. such small the world that i never realized the oasics place @genting lane is actually where my dear charles worked too! haha! next time anyone wanna get oasics pair @ sgd 90 - sgd150, tell me!!! :)) meetup with my two cousin brothers over longbeach lunch was loves. plus the drinks &icecream at E in dempsy was whoooolalalaa! following the rushyhour of hair-dying&highlighting! byebye black hair for now hurr! then the dinner@pastastylo with the almost complete 07'! oh yes, dear yun FINALLY appeared at our gathering! tad a pity pbr wasnt around! sigh...guess the only time we have a complete 07' attendence is only a pathetic ONCE A YEAR over christmas brunch!!!! but still, everyone remains a love. virgin as i was, sheesha for the first attempt @ arab street and that was where we ended our night from. and barely after some four hours' sleep, i found myself woken up again to prepare for our family shortgetaway to batam! cheapthrill, oh definitely! sgd21 dollars for onehalf hour long of thai mix massage; sgd 31 for a dinner prepared for a family of 8adults&1kid; sgd2 for a blackberry hardsilicon casing! ohmy! doubletriplove! and the time spent with the family, priceless! :) and now, im so drained i think i am feeling sick. you know the kind of soreness you get throughout the whole body when you caught a bout of flu? that is how i am feeling now! and gladfully it is a short working week! God is good! :) best and goodol'dinner thursday?!! or wednesday!? 0 comments Thursday, August 05, 2010 ( tonight i cried badly @ 12:34 AM ) cried very hard. real bad pour-out, i'd say. but i know, tonight is the first and only time i'd ever cry over this spilt milk. jo, you always emerge just fine. thank you my gu niang! :) 0 comments Wednesday, August 04, 2010 ( for now @ 12:21 AM )  hello loves,im BACKKKKKKK! hongkong/shenzhen was duber rush. i wont say it is a good trip but neither would i conclude it a bad one. nope, i DID NOT get to do any shopping at all except the sheer coincidence of getting the kids' version comm' de garcon for bb ian. and oh, my hellokitty add-ons from a sanrio shop which i bypass? the good things about this trip was getting to see bb nigel & cousin lynn again within the span of one short month and the staying overnight at her new abode; the playing&fooling with bb nigel; and the cheapthrill superb ktv in shenzhen. and the priceless experience of LIFE; getting to know human beings in its complexity amidst the very cruelharsh business reality. the remaining of the week calls for LACK OF TIME! HAHA. wednesday and it's gone like vooom! tomorrow would be work and then still road crab plus movie session with nut fren & iris sis; friday and report submission to school then we call for farewell party; saturday lunch with my two cousin brothers and then the dinner with 07 (and FINALLY a complete gathering with all ten members falling in! HOPEFULLY!); sunday&monday would be family shortgetaway trip to batam. before we all know it, it'd already be next tuesday. HAHA. time is really way too packed this whole month. i have ALOT of major reports due altogether end of the month and i have begun on NONE. me&best&good old' appear to be busy business women flying turn by turn hurr? HAHA. im back and best is out to hochiminh. we'd have one good meal next week before good ol' flys out to bkk eh?!! life, it is BEAUTIFUL. 0 comments |
